Our journey began in 1976 when a young ambitious teenage dancer had the dream of owning her own dance studio. Eleanor Donovan Gilson, a South Buffalo native, opened the studio when she was a junior in high school attending Mount Mercy Academy. What began as a small one studio dance school, with only a couple students, grew into a large loving family business in the heart of this beautiful Buffalo community. We offer classes for anyone and everyone here at South Buffalo Dance Academy.
